Tales From the Scale Is All About Finding What You Love & Eating
Ahhhhh! Summer time is ALMOST over! That means we are going to have to start fitting back into jeans but also hiding the belly under sweatshirts!
I told the group I would start coming up with meal prepping idea but in the mean time I thought I would share some of my go to favorite for a quick and easy way to eat healthy but also enjoy!
For breakfast I have been switching between Egg White Turkey Sausage Delight Bowls, belvita bites and egg white turkey sausage sandwiches which are all low in calories but delicious. Plus adding a splash of tapatio takes it to the next level. :)
For lunch I just had to have this beauty!
A hippie sandwich loaded with veggies, vegan ranch and even "fake meat" OMG! It's the bomb! :) Who knew a mixture of walnuts and spices would have me craving for it weekly! I am no where near a vegan but I do REALLY, REALLY enjoy it.
Coming off of vacation last week I had stepped on the scale and weighed in at 186. I didn't freak because I went hard for two weeks!
Today I got on that sucker and was so happy to see that I am down to 183.6! :) Without tracking and KIND OF paying attention to what I am eating.
I still have not made it to the gym but I did join a pilates challenge that I will be sharing with everyone daily :) It's FREE :)

This new phase of eating and sharing is all about balance. You shouldn't starve yourself and overeating is only going to make you so sad so let's find all our favorite foods. The ones that taste delicious and provide us with the filling energy we need to slay each and every day!
