I have gained four and half pounds and I am REALLY TICKED OFF!

Ever since I decided to join a fitness challenge with the prodding of my co-worker in crime, Nahum Ray, I have gone from a svelte 136 lbs to 141 lbs.

UGH! This makes me want to cuss so bad. "#$@@#%w!"

I'll tell you what happened. I recently increased my hours at work, which means I have a little extra chump change to buy more food. So I have been going to a LOT of fast food drive thrus and ordering fattening foods.

Here is what I am going to do to lose some weight:

1. STOP EATING FAST FOODS!

2. ATTEND THE GYM. (Notice I did not say "work out at the gym". Baby steps, people.)

3. THINK SKINNY THOUGHTS.

We shall see if I make any improvement in a week. I'll let you know!
