Man! I thought if I shared my stories with you each week the weight would magically fall off. Yeah right! :) Such wishful thinking on my part!

That's not how weight works when you LOVE food :)

I don't know if you own a fitbit but if you do find me on there and we can encourage each other to hit 10,000 steps.

I didn't hit my goal yesterday but today is a new day. Honestly with your weight you do have to take it one day at a time. We need to focus on positive affirmations instead of ripping apart ourselves each time we over eat a little or not at all.
